Powers of Attorney

A Power of Attorney is a legal document you use to allow another person to act for you. You create a legal relationship in which you are the principal and the person you appoint is the agent. A Power of Attorney specifies the powers you give to your agent.

Wills

A will enables you to protect beneficiaries that are too young or otherwise not yet able to handle their own finances. A will permits you to select a guardian for minor children. A will enables you to select an executor who will be responsible for administering your estate after you're gone.

Revokable Trusts

A revocable trust is considered a more effective estate planning tool than just a Last Will and Testament for several reasons. A revocable trust gives the grantor an orderly way to distribute their assets upon their death and privacy for themselves and their heirs during the process.
